Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist and Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing and optimizing ads on Facebook Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role will focus on creating, implementing, and monitoring effective ad campaigns to drive engagement and achieve our marketing goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
- Implement online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
- Track the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required.
- Manage communications spending and work with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
- Lead the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication.
- Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs, including direct mail, corporate sales, social media marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, sales tools, and other initiatives.
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
- Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
- Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
- Analyze potential new products/media to enhance marketing/communications work.
- Develop, manage, and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication vehicles.
- Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of all online communication vehicles.
- Provide strategic leadership to the marketing group and all other departments.
- Set the yearly agenda for the marketing group and actively manage the department to accomplish its goals.
RequisitosProven experience as a Marketing Specialist or Manager.
Expertise in Facebook Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Breadth of working knowledge and past experience in publishing with print and web-media.
Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements preferred.
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
Intermediate level of English.
