Introduction to Role:

As the Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing (EBRM) Specialist, you will be performing a variety of tasks and activities in the Global Employer Brand team. This includes team administration, coordination of our strategic projects, and possibly leading small workstreams or activity within projects. You will own the various trackers for the team, including project trackers and updates, the EBRM plan on a page, budget/PO tracker. You’ll work closely with the Global EBRM Lead and Project Leads to ensure any concerns, barriers or issues are raised to keep the team plans on track.
Accountabilities:
Your role will involve project coordination across EBRM activities, supporting on global projects, keeping the team’s plan on a page up to date and working with the Global EBRM Lead to spot and resolve any challenges or barriers. You will manage our team communications to various collaborators, including managing our ‘editorial’ meetings, sending out various emails and creating a quarterly analysis and metrics pack. You will also provide ad hoc administrative support to the Global Lead, Senior Director and the team where required.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Strong project coordination experience Experience of working with data, metrics and analysis Experience creating communications for email distribution Experience of working in a global environment with the ability to influence collaborators remotely Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsDesirable Skills/Experience:
Knowledge and understanding of key recruitment technology platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, job board aggregators Knowledge and experience of working with third party agencies Knowledge and understanding of Digital touchpoints and the role they play in the candidate journey (social media, careers website) Proven knowledge and expertise working with excel spreadsheets eg creating pivot tables Pharmaceutical sector experienceWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
