In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring we have a strong employer brand approach across our social media presence, digital campaigns and on our strategic digital partnership channels. You will lead on our signature and drumbeat social media content – both paid and organic – to ensure we’re being targeted in our approach and getting in touch with the right audiences. Accountabilities:

As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategist, you will be leading in the development and activation of our global employer brand social & digital strategy. You will be creating and implementing the employer brand editorial plan, developing creative assets and concepts where necessary. You will act as a main point of contact with Global Corporate Affairs and External Communications teams to ensure employer brand representation and collaboration in relevant external content. You will also lead in the adoptions & development of our global employer brand social & digital strategy across platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn. You’ll also be the team’s SME on all things social media, digital channels and campaign data and analytics, setting benchmarks and standards for everyone to work to, sharing best practice to influence others to deliver outstanding content and campaigns. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

Validated content marketing & social media experience across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn

Global or Regional digital marketing experience

Confirmed experience of being a data and analytics lead within your team

Cross-culturally sensitive communicator, experienced in working with globally dispersed teams

Influencing and consultative skills, able to effectively lead partners across the global business at all levels

Experience in a large, matrix organisation at a global or regional level

Solutions focussed who is an innovative and creative problem solver 

Ability to handle external 3rd party partnerships

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Employer branding experience and understanding

Experience leading LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Indeed profiles
