THE ROLE

As a Social Media Lead at Indie Campers, you will be crucial in driving the company’s success through social media presence. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for implementing creative strategies and content across social channels to ensure high levels of web traffic and audience engagement while maintaining our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

● Develop and execute content strategies across different social media channels aligned with overall marketing objectives
● Create engaging and shareable content for various platforms, including, but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X-formerly-Twitter, Youtube, and other relevant channels.
● Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content that aligns with brand messaging
● Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation
● Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of content across different channels
● Collaborate with other teams, like Influencer Collaboration, Brand Partnership, and Customer Excellence to ensure brand consistency
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our social media presence

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
● BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
● 3-4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role
● Experience in creating social media strategies and engaging content
● Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X-formerly-Twitter, etc.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
● Knowledge of the campervan rental industry is a plus
● You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
