Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Italian Speaking Customer Agent to join our team based in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and will possess outstanding communication skills. As a Customer Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our streaming products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest proactive solutions.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company changes, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
