Dutch Speaking Order Support Specialists – Remote in Portugal

Remote anywhere in Portugal

€1298 per month gross

Our client is recruiting Dutch Speaking Order Support Specialists, candidates can be located anywhere within Portugal mainland.

 

Backoffice Responsibilities:

The core of the role involves handling customer inquiries, including:

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers who have replied to a callback request sent by our team
  • Conducting outbound calls (when necessary) to clarify information with customers

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and resolve complex issues related to online orders
  • Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase
  • Liaise with partners to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Perform investigations to make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates on issue resolution

 

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Ability to work under strict regulations and protocols
  • Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships
