Active Sourcer for Recruiment

Your contribution to something big:
- Active Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through social networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and other channels to meet hiring demands;
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles, ensuring readiness for strategic hires:
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate effectively with candidates to foster interest, manage expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience;
- Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and refine sourcing strategies;
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize sourcing and processes.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience;
- Experience: 2 or 3 years experience with Active Sourcing;
- Knowledge: Proficiency in using online platforms and tools to research potential candidates;
- Languages: English: C1+ (mandatory) / German: Native level;
- Personality: Ability to analyze data to identify trends and optimize sourcing strategies and to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
