  • Our client is one of the largest companies specializing in multichannel customer relationships.
  • Together with your colleagues, you will engage in B2B outbound sales for small and mediumsized businesses (SMBs). You will work with a high volume of hot leads, aiming for a conversion rate of 15% with an expected 3-5 sales per day.
  • English is required for training, tools, and internal communication.
Tasks

Part of your daily activities will include:
• Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
• Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
• Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focus on closing sales.
• Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.

Requirements
  • UE Passport or Residence Card or Job Search Visa.
  • Czech C2
  • English C1
  • Sales Profile
Benefits

40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
