We are seeking an individual to perform and execute a defined range ofadministrative tasks related to daily operational HR activities, in accordancewith predetermined guidelines and procedures for the assigned organization(s).

Your mission will be…

Employee data management (from Onboarding totermination); Employee data management (from Onboarding totermination); Maintenance ofCompensation and Benefits topics; Maintenance of the personnel relevant organizationalstructure (cost center, manager, organizational unit); Administration of time recording system and associatedactions; Provide supporton the applications used; Ask HR- Support of employees’ orders and enquiries.

We are looking for someone with…

University degree inPsychology, Human Resources or related fields; Fluent in Spanish (written andspoken) is mandatory; Solid MS Office knowledge(Word, Excel and Outlook); Workday and SAP knowledge(strong plus); Team player, with a strongcustomer focus, results and quality orientation; Reliability, organization,autonomy and strong communication skills; Motivation and resilience; Flexibility, multitasking andproblem solving orientation; Capability to work in an Agileenvironment.
