Project Manager I Solutions
The Project Manager in the Solutions team plays a key role by helping our clients maximizing the value of operating autonomous solutions. The team is responsible to assess the clients needs and address the most suitable approach to an autonomous solution project, in articulation with many internal and external stakeholders. This includes the responsibility for leading and executing work sessions with clients and building the project roadmap with the respective business case.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform work session with the clients to assess the client’s needs and requirements Build the most suitable approach for the clients based on what Sensei’s solutions/product portfolio has to offer Develop the project roadmap and business case Support the sales team with all the technical requirements necessary Help build/manage the relationship with the clientWhat success looks like after 6 months on the job:
You are capable of having complete ownership to conduct work sessions with our clients You are able to build the most suitable project approach based on the client’s needs You have depth-knowledge of the Sensei’s solutions and digital products You actively engage and bring value-added insights to discussions about project based approaches with our clientsYou’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-growing startup or consulting firm Have a masters degree in management or engineering Have strong communication and pitching skills, professionally fluent in English (verbal and written) Have solid analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets) and ability to develop effective presentations decks (PowerPoint / Google Slides) Are excited about the idea of working in a startup: happy to have ownership, eager to have space to create, initiative and will power to overcome all the challenges Have strong work ethic and proven track record working both individually and in teams Demonstrate an innovative & proactive approach to the tasks assigned to you Are experienced in managing projects with several stakeholders and tight deadlines Past experience managing work sessions / workshops (would be a plus) Past experience in retail/FMCG projects (would be a plus)What's in it for you:
