Junior Benefits Support Specialist

Our office is near Porto, in the north of Portugal, and is located in a vibrant business hub. It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.

ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, you will assist with the benefits administration and improving and streamlining the current benefits offering so it is aligned with our workforce and the Total Rewards strategy. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with previous experience dealing with queries, managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the People Operations team to create, manage, and improve benefits programs (with research, compliance, policies, implementation, and administration) Partner with benefits providers to review and maintain our current benefits offering (contracts, premiums, invoices, ad-hoc changes, ...) Analyze benefits-related data Prepare policies to support our People Team Educate employees about their benefits and what is offered Improve People Team processes by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities to improve Manage and analyze benefits-related costs

WHO YOU ARE

Passionate about People related topics A professional with a degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Management Curious to keep learning, flexible, dynamic Good analytical skills Able to propose solutions to improve benefits processes for the business Experienced with Microsoft Office Fluent in English (written and spoken)
