We are seeking a fluent Slovakian-speaking Content Moderator to join our team on-site in Lisbon. This role requires EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card. If you are fluent in Slovakian, proficient in English (B2 level or higher), and passionate about ensuring online content integrity, we invite you to apply. Position Overview: As a Slovakian-Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our digital platforms. Working on-site in Lisbon, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards and guidelines. Collaboration with international teams and adherence to content policies will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content in Slovakian to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Evaluate reported content and make decisions regarding its suitability for the platform.
  • Monitor trends and patterns in user behavior to anticipate potential content issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of content moderation activities and decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex content issues and improve moderation processes.
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams regarding content trends and policy enforcement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in content moderation.

Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Slovakian and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written.
  • EU citizenship or possess a valid Portuguese residence card.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity while evaluating content.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, social media, or digital platforms is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with content policies, legal considerations, and online safety practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
