The Role

Job Description

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will work with backend developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with APIs, databases and more.


Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies to plan and execute development tasks effectively.
  • Lead the development of web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Work with backend developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
  • Provide technical leadership in designing maintainable and robust systems aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance teams.

Ideal Profile

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular framework – is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Min of 8-12 years of experience in developing front-end applications.
  • Previous experience in Leading a team and interacting with customers – is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience using industry-standard version control systems.
