Position Overview: In the role of Danish-Speaking Content Moderator, you'll serve as a linchpin in upholding TikTok's integrity and ensuring user satisfaction. Collaborating closely with a diverse team, your responsibilities will encompass reviewing user-generated content, implementing crucial decisions to maintain platform standards, and cultivating a welcoming digital community.

Responsibilities:

  • Diligently examine and moderate user-generated content on TikTok, adhering meticulously to platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Exercise discernment in identifying and addressing potential breaches such as hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, or nudity, taking swift and appropriate action as necessary.
  • Foster collaboration among team members and supervisors, leveraging collective expertise to tackle complex moderation challenges and disseminate best practices.
  • Maintain meticulous records of moderation actions and contribute insights to refine and optimize moderation processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Remain abreast of evolving platform policies, industry trends, and emerging issues in online content moderation to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Danish is a prerequisite, complemented by a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate high-pressure environments with grace and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and critical thinking skills, with a capacity to make informed decisions in alignment with platform guidelines, regardless of prior moderation experience.
