Job Description

Your contribution to something big:  

Support administrative processes for Bosch HR partners in Portugal; Support in the complete and timely maintain data into SAP. Data and employee lifecycle and event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination); Maintenance and control of personnel documentation (electronically); Preparation of reports; Contact with external entities ( Social Security); Internal control processes; Participation in international projects for the development of HR processes and systems; Responsibility for some of Bosch's HR IT Systems; Contribute to achieve team and department's goals and targets.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

High School Level Diploma as a minimum, Human Resources Degree or other relevant area would be preferred; Portuguese on a native level; Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Experience in HR or shared services industry (is a plus); A keen interest in a career in HR shared services (is a plus); Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook). Strong customer focus with results and quality orientation; Solid collaboration skills and proactivity.
