About The Job

  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Analyst works within the Cost Accounting Operations (CAO) as part of the teams, contributing for the roll out of the everyday business. The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst can develop their activity in the different CAO teams and shall perform the activity according to the procedures in place

Your Main Activities Are

  • Accounts Payable Management: Ensure correct booking of invoices, including General Ledger Account, Value-Added Tax (VAT) rate, Cost Centre, and Purchase Order. Ensure invoice information completeness and analyse and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
  • Invoice Quality Control: Identify, complete, and request missing information found during the processes of paper invoices dematerialization performed by external company and all invoices received via PDF by email process. Analyse and perform according to procedures all workflow for invoice rejection
  • Accounting Bookings and Fixed Assets: Perform General Accounting bookings, month-end closing and reporting activities including journal entries, and periodical controls analysis, reconciliations, fixed assets bookings, and prepare related reporting
  • Accounting Controls: Perform periodical controls analysis and reconciliations, in line with corporate procedures, prepare VAT and other tax reporting and controls, and analyse and reconcile balance-sheet accounts
  • Payments and Bank Reconciliations: Generate and control payment proposals, perform Bank Reconciliations and payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handling
  • Accounts Payable and Receivables Management: Perform the issuance of the invoices – Order to Cash (O2C), analyse and reconcile the suspense on customer accounts, cash collection of the Intragroup re-invoicing, follow up and actions to recover the cash, and Concur expense claims validation

Profile And Skills To Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack (Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Proficient in Financial Software ERP
  • Fluent in English
