We are a dynamic leader in the iGaming industry, building a next-generation entertainment brand. We currently have the Project Assistant open position for Mandarin speakers with the option to work REMOTE . In this role, you will act as a critical communication bridge between our clients and the technology team, ensuring client needs and feedback are clearly understood and addressed. The ideal candidate is a native mandarin speaker with advanced English skills, capable of liaising across language barriers. You will help collect and follow up on client requirements, bugs, and feedback, provide training and product demos, and assist with project coordination tasks to ensure a smooth after-sales experience for our clients. Position: Project Assistant (Chinese Speaker) Key Responsibilities: · Serve as a bilingual communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking clients and the English-speaking technical team, ensuring information is conveyed clearly and promptly in both directions. · Prepare and deliver training sessions and live product demos for clients to help them effectively use the AI product and understand new features or updates. · Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks to support after-sales activities. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field). · Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English · 2 years of overseas work experience (or experience in a multicultural international environment) demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills. · Able to clearly convey technical information to non-technical audiences and build trusting relationships with clients and team members. · General familiarity with technology products and ability to quickly learn new software or AI tools. · A Technical background is required. Preferred Qualifications: · Project Management Experience: Prior experience working as a project manager, project coordinator, or project assistant, especially in the tech industry or on software development projects. Experience supporting projects through their lifecycle (planning, execution, and follow-up) is a strong plus. · Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical products and services – experience in AI or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) companies is highly desirable. · Customer Success Background: Experience in a customer success, after-sales support, or client-facing technical support role can be an advantage, providing insight into managing client relationships and expectations post-sale.
