We seek a highly organized and intelligent Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in Porto, Portugal. This hybrid role combines 2-3 in-person work sessions per week in Porto with remote flexibility for the remainder of your hours. You'll handle a diverse range of responsibilities from customer support and marketing to local Portuguese administrative matters, making this an ideal position for someone who thrives in a varied, dynamic environment.What You'll DoProvide executive and personal support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.Support marketing initiatives – Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and track engagement metrics.Handle customer communications – Respond to customer inquiries, manage support tickets, and ensure excellent client relationships.Assist with local Portuguese matters – Navigate local administrative requirements, translate documents, and liaise for Portuguese business and personal needs.Coordinate planning and logistics – Organize travel, events, and project timelines while maintaining detailed records.What We're Looking ForProven Personal Assistant experience – Proven track record of supporting executives or business owners, with at least 1 year of experience required .Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese – Excellent written and spoken communication in both languages required.Marketing experience – Practical experience in managing marketing campaigns and social media for at least one year is required .Strong organizational skills – Exceptional attention to detail and managing multiple priorities.We OfferWe offer a hybrid position based in Porto with 2-3 in-person sessions per week , a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday , and excellent prospects for long-term growth in an ongoing position.
