Position: Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Destination Management Company and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Requisitos : We are seeking individuals who possess the following characteristics: - Dedication: Ready to work diligently and commit to the job. - Passion for Events: Enjoys attending events but excels at planning them, recognizing the distinction between the two. - Attention to Detail: Possesses strong attention to detail, a crucial attribute for this role. - Office Environment: Thrives in an office-based work setting. - Team Player: Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Flexibility: Demonstrating flexibility as the job demands it, from handling groups' arrivals to program operations, site visits, and meeting deadlines. When we say total flexibility, we mean it. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. You will work closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of programs within established budgets and timelines. Your responsibilities will also include: - Proposal Creation: Developing proposals for groups within specified timelines. - Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets for each proposal. - Supplier Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with suppliers for information and reservations. - Event Lifecycle: Assuming responsibility for all aspects of the event, from initial planning to successful execution. - Client Engagement: Actively engaging with clients and keeping stakeholders well-informed. To excel in this role, candidates should ideally possess the following qualifications: - Education: Upper Secondary Education, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the Tourism, Hospitality, or Event industries. - Project Management: Strong understanding of project planning and management, particularly in a Destination Management Company. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
