Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist At WYperformance, we are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who is passionate about technology, data, and creating meaningful customer experiences. If you enjoy building personalized customer journeys, automating high-impact campaigns, and using data to drive measurable results, this role is for you. You will be part of a collaborative, performance-oriented team where ideas matter and where you will have the opportunity to grow your Salesforce expertise while working on challenging and impactful projects. What You'll Do Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing, engagement, and conversion. Create segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies based on customer data and insights. Monitor and analyze campaign and CRM performance, generating reports and actionable insights for continuous optimization. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and strategic alignment. Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, industry trends, and marketing automation best practices. What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to optimize campaigns and performance. Experience with automation workflows and CRM integrations (Salesforce core experience required; HubSpot and Zoho are a plus). Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Salesforce certification is a strong plus.
