Hiscox is expanding its Cyber Fusion Centre and we’re looking for a Blue Team Leader to help drive and mature our cyber defence capabilities.
This is a senior opportunity for someone passionate about:
- Security Operations
- Cyber Defence Strategy
- Leading and mentoring analysts
You’ll play a key role in protecting business-critical systems, improving detection and response processes, and leading the initial response to cyber incidents within a global insurance business.
You’ll collaborate closely with:
- Cyber Delivery teams
- Security Engineering
- Senior stakeholders across the business
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- SIEM / Detection Engineering
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH or GPEN are highly desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing cyber function with strong international collaboration and real influence on security strategy and operations.
