About the Company Nestled in the heart of Lapa, Lisbon, our luxury boutique hotel offers 9 elegant rooms and suites designed to provide guests with an intimate and refined experience. Job Description We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Hotel Manager to lead the daily operations of our high-end boutique hotel, ensuring an exceptional level of service and a refined guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lisbon, with responsibilities including: Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the boutique hotel with attention to detail and excellence Leading, inspiring, and supervising the team to deliver intuitive and personalized service Managing reservations and guest communications by email and phone Supervising stock control and supplier relationships to maintain the highest standards Anticipating, handling, and resolving guest requests with discretion and professionalism Overseeing guest check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience Ensuring each guest enjoys a refined, memorable, and truly bespoke stay Requirements Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French (mandatory), At least 2 years of proven experience as an Assistant Manager in luxury hospitality, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), Immediate availability.
