Description Du Poste We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Data & AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced data architectures and analytics platforms. This role will be instrumental in shaping strategic Data & AI initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Data Modeling & Architecture Translate business requirements into formalized data models (e.g., star schema, graph, time series, document-based). Design data stream integrations and schema APIs. Ensure performance, elasticity, and alignment with data management standards. Develop blueprints for enriching Data Lakes, Master Data Units, and enterprise Datamarts. DataOps Observability Define metrics for pipeline observability, dataset health, and data quality. Implement anomaly detection, data drift analysis, and business rule enforcement. Technical Capabilities Guarantee scalability, security, performance, and disaster recovery. Apply best practices in data engineering: cataloging, lineage, quality, metadata, and master data management. Celonis Integration Prepare business process reports. Conduct technical-functional analysis for new process inclusion. Additional Contributions Study business requirements and design solutions. Perform technical analysis of implementation proposals. Collaborate with development teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure best practices. Deliver Solution Design Documents in Confluence. Qualifications Up to 15 years of experience in similar roles. Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience with: Data analytics platforms and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Big Data technologies (BigQuery, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Cassandra, Couchbase, HDFS). Machine Learning and statistical algorithms (classification, regression, time series). Metadata management and data lineage tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and delivery management capabilities. Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese and Spanish (preferred). CELONIS certification and proven implementation experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector, especially retail. Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce platforms. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
