Responsibilities Management of the SIG Business Unit for the Southern Region territory: Daily management of the Business Unit. Full P&L responsibility. Definition of business and marketing plans. Reporting of business metrics (Budget, Forecasts, Financial Reports). Driving Software and Services sales (Solution Selling). Developing strategies to grow the business and increase market share. Customer base follow-up, control, and expansion. Development of Business Partners and System Integrators channels. Optimizing internal resources’ skills, efficiency, and motivation. People management. Strong commitment to excellence. #SIG2025 Education / Qualifications Relevant experience in the IT industry. Proven track record in solution selling. Ability to manage complex bids and tenders. Strong focus on understanding customers’ needs. Ability to understand complex projects from design to production. Knowledge of domains where SIG operates is an asset. University degree or equivalent. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven. Strong negotiation skills. Detail-oriented. Strong analytical capabilities.
