Who we are Thaleria is an IT Consulting and Development company founded in Brussels in 2018, specialized in providing services to European Institutions and large private sector organizations. Since then, Thaleria has grown to over 120 professionals focusing on 3 main activities in the fields of Software Development, Data & AI, and Cloud Services: On-premises consulting in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Fixed-price project development from our delivery centre in Lisbon. Emerging technologies research and development from our Thaleria Labs in Amsterdam. Job Description Thaleria is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help drive recruitment initiatives for projects with our clients, mainly European Institutions and private sector organizations. We're looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to help manage the recruitment life cycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring successful onboardings. This is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, with flexibility between office and remote work. Key Responsibilities Managing candidate selection: first contact, screening, qualifying interviews, validation and follow-up. Developing and maintaining an international network of qualified technical candidates, including a constant pipeline for recurrent profiles. Assisting in the preparation of application packages. Working with business development and delivery teams to understand immediate and future needs. Helping market the company through the right channels to increase available candidates. Strong business and human resources acumen. Ability to understand technology requirements quickly and understand industry trends. Job Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other EU languages is an asset. Willingness and ability to quickly learn about the fields and technologies we recruit in (Software Development, Data & AI, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing etc.). Any professional experience in HR and/or IT or related fields would be an asset.
