Responsibilities Building and implementing testing strategies and methods together with the business test manager. Creating comprehensive test plans and coordinating all testing activities to ensure adequate coverage. Designing and managing the defect triage process, coordinating with functional teams and retesting activities. Guiding the operative test team through all phases of testing, including: Kick-off Preparation Phase System requirements setup for local landscape Integration Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Data Load Tests Preparation and Execution of Day in the Office (DiO) sessions (non-standard rollout) Documenting test results, defect status, and progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable work experience. Proven experience working as a Test Manager or in a similar role within SAP/S4 HANA migration projects. Strong organizational skills to manage complex testing plans and timelines. Proficiency in testing frameworks and methodologies. Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA/XRAY, Confluence, and Excel. Ability to adapt and solve problems under time constraints. Fluent Business English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have Familiarity with agile methodologies and PI Planning processes. Experience in risk management and quality assurance during testing cycles. Knowledge of integration testing and performance validation for SAP environments.
