Key Responsibilities Managing and closing leads on behalf of our coaches, contributing to their growth with new clients. Inspiring healthier lifestyles while advancing your professional development in sales. Maintaining a structured and organized workflow with a clear overview of your calendar and pipeline. Being a proactive partner to our coaches, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. Qualifications We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess: A natural talent for sales, with experience in telemarketing, phone sales, or the fitness/sports industry preferred. A driven mindset and a hunger to achieve great results. Fluency in Portuguese (native level) and English. Strong persistence and resilience — you’re not discouraged by setbacks. Exceptional self‑management skills and the ability to structure your day effectively. A contagious energy and enthusiasm that inspires those around you.
