We are looking for a Talent Acquisition We are now looking to develop our Recruitment Team with a proactive and ambitious Talent Acquisition, who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. Your main responsibilities: Utilize various channels such as job boards, internal databases, and professional networks to identify and attract candidates Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles Maintain communication with candidates and provide updates on their application status Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the acceptance process Create trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and clients Stay up to date with IT market trends and the latest recruitment tools, and implement them effectively to streamline the sourcing and recruiting process You're ideal for the role if you have: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Recruiting Strong drive to deliver results Sound judgement and ability to match candidates with projects - the market is very competitive, and we want to work only with the best ones Service orientation and organisational skills - we are super focused on fast & high-quality delivery Strong team spirit, proactive & positive approach - our team is super dynamic and funny - we want you to feel well in a company environment Mother tongue Portuguese and very good English skills The offer includes: Stable and long-term cooperation with career opportunities Enhancing your skills and developing your expertise in Talent Acquisition Participation in social events, training, and work in an international environment Access to an attractive Medical & Social benefits Package Hybrid work model
