Requisitos : Responsibilities: Support our operation to ensure company-set standards across the managed properties between Albufeira & Vilamoura; Perform regular quality control visits or in between reservations (cleaning, maintenance, equipments verification); Represent company in welcoming providers, equipments & services; Perform check-ins when needed or follow up clients reservations; Be present during deliveries or maintenances; Buying and deliver needed equipments; Facilitate communication with different suppliers such as decoration and construction companies, to guarantee the best possible outcome for every apartment; Ensure responsive solutions to inhouse guests with difficulties. What We are Looking For: Academical background in Tourism or Hospitality area (not eliminatory); English fluency (other will be a plus); Ability to assess problems and predict consequences in order to define appropriate actions; Soft Skills: punctual, responsible, autonomous, flexible, trustable, likes filed work in contact with clients; attention to detail; dynamism, proactivity, sense of responsibility and initiative; Driving license and own vehicle.
