Your New Role As Senior HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing all core HR functions and ensuring that people practices effectively support business growth. You will lead the HR operations for the Lisbon Hub, driving process optimization, ensuring compliance with Portuguese and European labor regulations, and implementing policies aligned with group standards. You will mentor and develop the HR Generalist, support organizational design and workforce planning, and manage key HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning and succession. You will also represent the organization with external institutions and ensure clear, timely communication on HR matters across the business. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related; 10+ years of experience in a senior HR generalist role, ideally in tech or fast‐growing; Strong knowledge of Portuguese and European labor law, payroll, social security and HR compliance; Proven experience leading and developing HR teams; Ability to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and transformation; Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction in competitive tech markets; Experience managing HR challenges in scaling environments (team growth, organizational change, process optimization); Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills across all levels; Strong analytical mindset and problem‐solving ability; Service‐oriented approach with focus on employee experience and operational excellence; Fluency in English and Portuguese.
