We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager , to join our exceptional team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the visible leader of resort operations during your shift; Ensure flawlessservice delivery and highly personalized guest experiences; Represent the Executive Management Team with professionalism and confidence; Coordinate across departments, anticipating and resolving operational challenges; Uphold and elevate the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Your Profile: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations or similar leadership roles; Proven background in luxury hospitality environments; Fluentin English, German and conversational Portuguese are a plus; Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration (preferred); Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS and other hotel systems; Availability for rotating shifts (09:00–18:00 | 15:30–00:00 ); Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Deep understanding of the expectations of guests and international travelers; Genuine passionfor service excellence, with strong attention to detail.
