Coordinate industrialization activities and manage aerospace programs from project launch through production ramp-up and stabilization
Ensure the achievement of project milestones by proactively managing risks, priorities, resources, and action plans
Drive multidisciplinary teams to deliver commitments, ensuring effective follow-up, timely escalation, and closure of open topics
Coordinate product and process changes, assessing impacts on quality, cost, and delivery performance
Act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Monitor program performance and prepare reports to support decision‑making and customer communications
Contribute to continuous improvement and industrial process optimization initiatives
Support the implementation of APQP and associated industrialization methodologies, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and FAI

Degree or Master's in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field
Previous experience in program management, project management, or industrialization within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of production processes, industrialization, and new product introduction
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and risk management methodologies will be considered an asset
Experience interacting with customers in an industrial environment
Fluent English skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations
French language skills will be considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of SAP will be valued
