Descrição da Função ROLE PURPOSE To implement and manage Zumub’s logistics operations in Italy, ensuring a successful warehouse launch and stable operational performance. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse setup and launch Operational logistics management Team recruitment and leadership Process definition and continuous improvement Cost, quality, and efficiency control Carrier and partner negotiations KPI analysis and reporting Coordination with central teams Compliance with Italian regulations Local administrative support PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Fluent Italian Fluent English; Portuguese advantageous Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management Exposure to e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail preferred Team management background Strong organizational and execution skills Hands-on operational profile Autonomous and responsible mindset PACKAGE Competitive salary and performance-based compensation Career advancement opportunities Strategic exposure Health insurance, discounts, and benefits Based on-site in Milan, Italy Localização Sintra, Portugal #J-18808-Ljbffr
