No âmbito do desenvolvimento das suas operações, o grupo ACA pretende reforçar a equipa de Gestão de Projetos (PMO) com a contratação de: Project Manager (Júnior) – Porto (m/f) Principais Responsabilidades: - Gestão de projetos de Melhoria Processual, Transformação Digital e Inovação Aplicada, nas fases de planeamento, execução e encerramento; - Coordenação da equipa do projeto e envolvimento das principais partes interessadas; - Atualização e organização da documentação de gestão de projetos, incluindo arquivo e registos em plataformas internas; - Participação na resolução de problemas e obstáculos no decorrer da execução dos projetos; - Promoção de boas práticas de gestão de projetos. Perfil Pretendido: - Formação académica em Engenharia, Gestão ou área relevante; - Experiência mínima de 1 a 2 anos em Gestão de Projetos (especialização é valorizada); - Familiaridade com metodologias e ferramentas de gestão de projetos (preferencial); - Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; - Proatividade, organização e orientação para resultados.
