About the Job We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused trainee to join our team as a Receptionist through an IEFP professional internship. If you enjoy working with people, have an interest in hospitality, and want to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, we would be pleased to meet you. What we're looking for: No previous experience required Interest in hospitality, customer service, and front-office operations Good communication skills, initiative, and willingness to learn Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail Ability to adapt to different tasks and daily routines Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); other languages are a plus Key responsibilities: Support check-in/check-out procedures Assist with online and telephone reservations Learn to use reservation and property management software Help with administrative and back-office duties Provide assistance to guests and respond to requests Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready Support breakfast service and bar operations when required Assist with room/table setup and general service tasks Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays What we offer: IEFP professional internship Full training in front-office and hospitality operations Integration in a young, dynamic, and supportive team Opportunity to grow professionally within the company If this role sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would be pleased to connect.
