We are searching for an Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities: Meet with different stakeholders, identify the needs, build User Stories, propose and develop solutions to the users, contributing to the validation of product with end users. Understand the concepts of Finance, Risk and Reporting projects under scope, be agile and resilient Investigate and resolve issues in the short term (workaround / setting up procedure) and longer term (participate to the definition of proper fix) Monitor Monthly/Quarter Closing treatment progress, react and follow-up the stakeholders’ requests and questions On-call duty (when needed) on weekends, nights… Be an actor in an agile organization by actively contributing to rituals, definition and prioritization of backlogs and continuous team improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Economics. Relevant professional experience as Business Analyst in Financial/Reporting Industry (3 – 5 years). SQL – Mastery. Python. Excel. Good overall IT knowledge. Knowledge of Banking / Finance industry. Very Good level of english.
