About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead to drive the next phase of our client's voice‑enabled mobile app . You will lead in designing and implementing new features and scaling the app for thousands of users .
This is a feature‑driven leadership role : you will guide development, make technical decisions, and personally implement critical functionalities like voice AI and CarPlay / Android Auto integrations .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of new features and enhancements in an existing mobile app.
- Ensure the app scales reliably to thousands of users , maintaining performance and stability.
- Integrate the app with backend systems such as AWS, Azure-hosted LLMs, SAP Cloud, Salesforce.
- Implement and optimize voice AI interactions , enabling hands‑free access to CRM data.
- Build and enhance car‑friendly features : voice commands, CarPlay / Android Auto integration.
- Ensure high code quality, enforce SOLID principles , and mentor the development team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features at scale.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of software development experience, including mobile app development .
- Hands‑on experience with Flutter .
- Proven track record as a technical lead on feature‑driven projects.
- Strong backend knowledge: AWS , API integrations , connecting enterprise systems (Azure , Salesforce , SAP Cloud ).
- Familiarity with CarPlay / Android Auto integration.
- Familiarity with AI / LLM integration .
- Experience scaling apps to thousands of users , ensuring stability and performance.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
