A Konecta Portugal, líder global em soluções de Customer Experience e BPO, encontra-se a reforçar a sua estrutura com a contratação de um(a) Senior Learning & Development Manager para liderar e elevar a estratégia de desenvolvimento de talento num contexto dinâmico, multicultural e de elevada performance. Esta posição estratégica terá impacto direto na evolução das competências das nossas equipas, alinhando a aprendizagem com os objetivos do negócio e impulsionando uma cultura de excelência, inovação e melhoria contínua. Principais Responsabilidades Definir e implementar a estratégia de Learning & Development a nível nacional, em alinhamento com a visão global da Konecta Conceber, executar e monitorizar programas de formação para diferentes níveis organizacionais Liderar iniciativas de desenvolvimento de liderança, upskilling e reskilling Gerir equipas de formação e stakeholders internos Avaliar necessidades formativas e garantir o ROI dos programas implementados Desenvolver métricas e KPIs de performance ligados à aprendizagem Assegurar a adopção de metodologias inovadoras e ferramentas digitais de aprendizagem Actuar como parceiro estratégico de RH e das áreas de negócio ✅ Requisitos Obrigatórios Experiência mínima de 3 anos como Learning & Development Manager Experiência sólida em ambientes corporativos de grande dimensão Forte capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipas Perfil estratégico aliado a uma forte orientação para resultados Excelente capacidade de comunicação e influência Competências Linguísticas Espanhol – Fluente Qualificações Desejadas Formação superior em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Gestão ou áreas similares Certificações em L&D, Coaching, Instructional Design ou Change Management (valorizado) Certificado de formador (mandatório) Experiência com plataformas LMS e ambientes de aprendizagem digital
