We work with forward-thinking HR leaders to simplify workforce management, payments, and compliance across borders.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedSales Development Representative (SDR)to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 years of sales experiencewithin arecruitment agency, HR software, or fintech company , ideally with adirect competitor or a fintech partner of TFY.This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities with HR decision-makers, particularlyHR Directors and senior HR stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and engage potential clients within mid-market and enterprise segmentsSell TFY solutions toHR Directors, Heads of HR, People & Talent leaders , and related stakeholdersDemonstrate a strong understanding ofHR terminology , workforce management, and contractor of record modelsNavigate conversations aroundhiring seasonality , workforce scalability, and managingexternal workforce and independent contractorsOwn theend-to-end sales process , from deal origination and qualification through to deal closureBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM toolsCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimise go-to-market strategiesAccurately forecast opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systemsRepresent TFY professionally in sales calls, demos, and negotiationsRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of sales experiencein:Recruitment agency,HR software , orfintechenvironmentIdeally adirect competitorof TFY or a fintechpartneroperating in the HR / workforce ecosystemProven experience selling toHR Directors or senior HR stakeholdersStrong knowledge of:HR processes and terminologyHiring cycles and seasonalityExternal workforce management and independent contractor modelsDemonstrated experience managing thefull sales cycle , from lead generation to deal closureHands-on experience withsales CRMs , such asHub Spot or Salesforce(mandatory)Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience selling Saa S, HR tech, payroll, EOR, contractor management, or payments solutionsExisting network within HR, talent, or workforce management communitiesExperience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives and uncapped commissionAn all-remote work setup and flexible working hours matching your life prioritiesOpportunity to work with a global, innovative HR-fintech platformCollaborative, international team environmentCareer progression opportunities as TFY continues to scale
