We are looking for a Operational Excellence Officer for this project Key Responsibilities Execute and support Operational Excellence processes across Finance, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Sourcing, workforce evolution, and compliance with Group standards Coordinate meetings governance, including preparation of decks, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Support change management initiatives and track the implementation of the Target Operating Model Collect, consolidate, analyse, and report operational and performance data (KPIs) Respond to ad hoc requests and contribute to new operational or transformation initiatives Key Skills Strong operational excellence mindset with a hands-on, senior-level approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under tight deadlines Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking, with adaptability to learn new processes and tools What do we offer?
