The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in collaborating with sales organization stakeholders and will have a solid foundation in order management or CRM solutions. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps is essential. Main Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into user stories in Azure DevOps. Ensure stories include clear acceptance criteria ready for testing. Build and maintain features, user stories, and tasks in Azure DevOps to structure the backlog. Document current business processes and map them to Dynamics 365 capabilities. Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams. Use Azure DevOps boards to provide transparency on progress and upcoming work. Create/assist business with creating test cases linked to user stories and features in Azure DevOps. Help prepare business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure traceability from requirements to test cases to execution results. Oversee execution of test cycles and track defects in Azure DevOps. Coordinate with Dynamics 365 developers to validate fixes and retests. Capture feedback and defects directly in the system. Build test standards that can be reused for subsequent projects and deliveries. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience with sales organization stakeholders. Minimum 2 years of experience with order management or CRM solutions. Experience with Microsoft CRM, Dynamics, or Power Apps. Nice to Have: Experience working directly with business users. Certification in Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and business teams. Interested?
