**Position**:Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
**Location**: Lisbon or Porto, Hybrid
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and drive clients digital transformation initiatives;
- Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
- Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
- Ensure advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on scalability and performance;
- Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the defined solutions.
- Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met;
- Create test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in internal processes and functional methodologies;
- Mentor and support the development of junior functional consultants within the team.
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Minimum of **5 years experience** in similar roles, with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
- Deep knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.);
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
- Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and the combined use of the Power Platform;
- Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage with business stakeholders independently;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (advanced level);
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus.
- Passionate about designing innovative solutions that drive business transformation.
