A BL CONSULTING procura um KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER SÉNIOR (M/F) para Algés, para empresa cliente de referência nacional e internacional, que opera no setor das Energias Renováveis.

Funções:

- Prospecção de mercado;

- Construção e manutenção de relações comerciais rentáveis, significativas, relevantes e sólidas;

- Definir em conjunto com a administração estratégias para o cumprimento dos objetivos definidos;

- Estabelecer e manter relações sólidas com clientes e parceiros;

- Atuar como principal ponto de contacto para os clientes, ouvindo as suas preocupações, respondendo a questões de primeira linha;

- Atuar como elo entre os clientes e os diversos departamentos;

- Organizar e conduzir reuniões com os clientes;

- Desenvolver um conhecimento profundo dos problemas dos clientes e trabalhar de forma proativa para encontrar soluções adaptadas às suas necessidades;

- Manter registos precisos de todas as interações com os clientes;

- Apresentar relatórios claros e exatos;

- Outras tarefas inerentes à categoria profissional.

Perfil:

- 12º ano de escolaridade;

- Experiência prévia no setor energético como KAM;

- Experiência nas funções;

- Bons conhecimentos de espanhol;

- Capacidade de comunicação e empatia;

- Capacidade de argumentação e negociação;

- Capacidade de resolução de problemas e pensamento crítico;

- Proatividade, ambição e foco no cumprimento de objetivos;

- Carta de condução;

- Facilidade de deslocação até Algés.

Oferta:

- Contrato de trabalho diretamente com o cliente;

- Pacote salarial de acordo com a experiência apresentada;

- Regime Híbrido - 3 dias no escritório e 2 dias em teletrabalho;

- Horário de segunda a sexta-feira das 09h00 às 18h00;
