Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar/participar em projetos de transformação de processos financeiros para clientes de diferentes setores e áreas de atividade;
  • Trabalhar regular e ativamente com os quadros executivos (Direções Financeiras, Direções de Contabilidade, CFOs, etc) das empresas clientes;
  • Identificar necessidades e pontos de melhoria, propondo recomendações de natureza operacional e estratégica;
  • Participar e liderar projetos de desenho de modelos de custeio e análise de performance;
  • Apoiar a decisão estratégica dos seus clientes, ajudando na definição de modelos que permitam a otimização e automatização de processos, reports e KPI's financeiros.
  • Contribuir ativamente com informação e ideias para apoiar em todo o tipo de otimizações de processos financeiros;
  • Liderar e motivar equipas de trabalho em projetos distintos.

Perfil desejado

  • Formação académica em Gestão, Finanças, Economia ou similar;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 5-6 anos em Consultoria ou Auditoria Externa, preferencialmente em contexto de Big4;
  • Experiência na relação com diferentes realidades empresariais e na transformação de processos financeiros;
  • Fortes noções financeiras e noção das boas práticas de mercado para a área;
  • Bom nível de Inglês;
  • Ética profissional e skills de liderança;
  • Capacidade de influência e de criação de relações com clientes;
  • Fortes competências analíticas, de comunicação e de resolução de problemas;
  • Foco na aprendizagem contínua e capacidade de trabalhar em ambiente de multi-projeto.
