A reportar ao Warehouse Supervisor, o nosso professional terà como responsabilidades a anÃlise dos indicadores operacionais relativos às atividades da sua Ãrea de responsabilidade (ex., produtividade, nível de erro e quebra, entre outros.); Propõe e implementa medidas preventivas e corretivas sempre que necessÃrio, tendo em vista a concretização dos planos de trabalho diÃrios; Garante o cumprimento dos processos de gestão de recursos humanos; Implementa e desenvolve ações de melhoria contínua, tendo em vista o desenvolvimento do negócio; Executa uma gestão micro e macro da sua unidade de negócio, procurando aplicar conhecimentos de logística estratégica, fazendo também uma gestão correta de inventÃrios/stocks.
