Digital Marketing Web Product Implementatie Specialist

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als Technical Support Specialist zullen zijn:
- Communiceren met adverteerders en interne verkoop- en serviceteams via telefoon, e-mail, chat en videoconferentie
- Uitvoeren en verifiëren van de implementatie van webgebaseerde producten bij klanten
- Begeleiding, ondersteuning en training geven aan klanten over het gebruik van de producten
- Leveren van service van hoge kwaliteit aan je klanten, overtreffen van klantverwachtingen en kwaliteitsscore maatregelen
Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om te slagen in deze functie:
- Je moet Nederlands als moedertaal hebben en goed Engels (B2-niveau) kunnen spreken.
- Basiskennis of bereid om leren over JavaScript, HTML5 en CSS/CSS3
- Basiskennis of bereid om te leren over CMS-platforms zoals WordPress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla of vergelijkbaar
- Ervaring met of interesse in online adverteren of advertentieproducten
- Vaardigheden in het oplossen van problemen
- Technologisch in staat om snel klantenservice software toepassingen te leren en klantimplementaties te verwerken die niet noodzakelijk een standard template/proces volgen
- Ervaring met werken in een B2B-omgeving
- Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van communicatie, klantenservice, relatiebeheer en ondersteuning
Wat zit er in voor jou?
- Soort contract: een contract voor bepaalde tijd van een jaar dat elk jaar kan worden verlengd
- Werktijden: Ma t/m vr 8 tot 17 uur (40 uur/week)
- Training: 9 weken
- Inclusief gratis accommodatie (gedeelde flat, alle rekeningen inbegrepen): 1.040⬠bruto/maand + bonus tot 300⬠bruto per maand
- Zonder huisvesting: 1.298⬠bruto/maand + bonus tot 300⬠bruto per maand
Voor internationale sollicitanten:
- Terugbetaling van je initiële vluchtkosten na 9 maanden
- Ophalen van de luchthaven
- Jaarlijks retourticket naar je thuisland (binnen de EU)
- Hulp bij papierwerk, het openen van een bankrekening, etc. bij aankomst
