O nosso cliente é uma empresa portuguesa que exporta 100% do que produz, especializada na produção de vestuÃrio (Private Label) para Homem, Senhora, Criança e Bebé. Os seus clientes enquadram-se no segmento de luxo.
Pretendem reforçar o seu departamento comercial com um perfil experiente em mercados internacionais. O objetivo serà gerir uma carteira de clientes jà existente, mas também entrar em novos mercados (na Europa, mas também alguns nos EUA).

responsabilidades chave

Identificar potenciais clientes, através de contactos telefónicos, visitas presenciais e reuniões;
Analisar o mercado, concorrência, e as estatísticas de venda e construir um plano de ação de
vendas;
Acompanhar e gerir essa mesma carteira de clientes e novos segmentos de mercado;
Garantir o acompanhamento de todas as fases do processo de venda;
Elaborar reports periódicos da atividade comercial desenvolvida;
Cumprir os objetivos de vendas pré-definidos.

competências

Formação superior;
Experiência comercial mínima de 5 anos no setor têxtil vestuÃrio; (obrigatório)
Experiência prévia em mercados internacionais, principalmente Europa (EUA serà um plus);
Domínio do idioma inglês (obrigatório), francês ou alemão serà um plus;
Visão estratégica, forte orientação para objetivos e para o Cliente;
Forte capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
Capacidade de adaptação a diferentes interlocutores;
Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
Elevada capacidade de iniciativa e tomada de decisão;
Perfil resiliente e com foco em superar os objetivos;
Disponibilidade pessoal para deslocações internacionais.
