Der Job.

Als Social Media B2B Sales Representative arbeitest du für ein führendes Unternehmen in der Social-Media-Branche.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten sind:
- Du berätst kleine und mittlere Unternehmen und sorgst dafür, dass diese ihr Geschäft per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat ausbauen
- Neue Werbekunden innerhalb mittlerer und kleiner Unternehmen akquirieren
- Unterstützung und Erweiterung der Selbstbedienungsdienste für Klienten
- Bereitstellung von Unterstützung vor und nach dem Verkauf für alle Selbstbedienungsdienste
- Unterstützung in Bezug auf Werkzeuge, Produkte und Strategien bieten
- Identifiziere die Trends und gib dem Kunden Feedback

Das Profil.

- Du hast Deutsch als Muttersprache und beherrschen fließend Englisch (mindestens B2-C1)
- Du bist gut darin, Produkte an Kunden zu verkaufen oder kannst bereits Erfahrungen im Verkauf vorweisen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du interessiert dich für den Bereich Social Media
- Du bist motiviert, zuverlässig und engagiert in deiner Arbeit
- Das Streben nach Exzellenz und Professionalität zeichnet dich aus

Das Angebot.

- Art des Vertrags: ein langfristiger, befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann
- Arbeitszeiten: rotierende Schichten (5 Tage/Woche, 8h/Tag, Mo-Fr 7 bis 21 Uhr, Sa-So 8 bis 17 Uhr)
- Gehaltsbedingungen* - 2 Optionen:
Inklusive freie Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inbegriffen): 1030€ brutto/Monat
Ausgenommen Unterkunft: 1400€ brutto/Monat
+ Private Krankenversicherung ab Vertragsbeginn (zusätzlich zur Standardversicherung)
* Ca. 20-25% Steuer - bitte bezieh dich auf die Lebenshaltungskosten in Lissabon zum Vergleich mit den Löhnen in anderen EU-Ländern
*Vergütung während der Ausbildungszeit bei Erfolg (15 Tage): 50% deines Stundenlohns (niedrigere Steuern)
- Umzugsunterstützung für internationale Kandidaten: Rückerstattung deines ersten Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten, Abholung vom Flughafen, jährliches Rückflugticket für zwei Richtungen indien Heimatland (innerhalb der EU). Hilfe bei den Formalitäten, Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw. nach deiner Ankunft
