Der Job.

In dieser Position bist du dafür verantwortlich, einen exzellenten Kundenservice für den deutschen Markt zu gewährleisten, außergewöhnliche Werte zu schaffen und alle Probleme zu lösen, um eine gleichbleibende Servicequalität zu liefern.
Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Effektive Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Anfragen in einer Kundendienstumgebung in Bezug auf technische Probleme (Trouble-Shooting)
- Reagieren auf eingehende Anrufe und E-Mails von Unternehmenskunden
- Sammeln von Informationen von Kunden, Sicherstellen der Lösung von Anfragen
- Pflegen von Kundenbeziehungen durch telefonischen Produktsupport
- Hochwertigen Service bieten
- Erfassen aller erforderlichen Datenelemente im CRM, um eine gute Nachbereitung und qualitativen Support zu bieten

Das Profil.

- Du verfügst über folgende Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau + fließend in Englisch
- Du hast vorzugsweise eine Vorerfahrung von min. 6 Monaten im technischen Support
- Du hast Interesse und Bereitschaft zu lernen und bist technisch versiert
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, unter hohem Druck zu arbeiten
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, enthusiastisch und selbständig
- Du hast analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
- Du bist kunden- und qualitätsorientiert
- Gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis oder EU-Staatsbürgerschaft erforderlich
