Your MissionAs our Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to attract, engage, and assess top talent for our growing Microsoft-focused IT and consulting teams, with a strong focus on the Portuguese market.Working closely with the People & Culture function, you will play a key role in shaping an excellent candidate experience while building strong and sustainable talent pipelines.You will be hands-on in sourcing and interviewing candidates, while partnering with senior stakeholders who own overall recruitment strategy and decision-making.Occupancy: Full-time or part-time (minimum 60%)Your TasksProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreachBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsConduct initial screening and in-depth interviews (HR and competency-based)Assess candidate fit in terms of skills, motivation, and cultural alignmentPresent qualified candidates with clear insights and recommendationsCoordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experienceCollaborate closely with the People & Culture team on hiring priorities and process improvementsKeep recruitment data accurate and up to dateContribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, especially for the Portuguese marketYour ProfileProven experience in recruitment, with hands-on sourcing and interviewing responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of the Portuguese talent marketComfortable recruiting in an international, English-speaking environmentAble to work collaboratively while managing your own pipelines and prioritiesStructured, reliable, and confident when engaging with candidates and stakeholdersCurious about people, motivations, and long-term fitAbility to understand and discuss technical profiles, skills, and career paths with candidates and hiring managersNice to HaveExperience in a consulting or fast-scaling tech environmentExposure to employer branding in tech (events, meetups, LinkedIn campaigns)Basic understanding of cloud and software development conceptsYour SkillsLanguagesPortuguese: native or fluentEnglish: fluentFrench (a plus)Recruitment & SourcingDirect sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping)Interviewing and candidate assessmentTalent pipeline managementSourcing for technical roles in competitive marketsSoft SkillsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSound judgment and attention to detailAbility to ensure both efficiency and quality in hiringProfessional, empathetic candidate approach
